ملیحه سنایی همسر مرحوم علی پناهی، پس از فوت پدر همسرش، دست‌خطی از حاج ماشاءالله پدرشوهرش رو می‌کنه که در اون پیرمرد اعلام کرده خانه‌ای که زن‌وبچه‌های پدر مرحومش توی اون زندگی می‌کنن، تمام‌و‌کمال متعلق به ملیحه‌ست تا عروس و نوه‌هاش بتونن با خیال آسوده توی اون خونه زندگی کنن، اما حاج ماشاءالله وراث دیگه‌ای هم داره.
بچه‌های دیگه‌ی حاج ماشاءالله به دادگاه شکایت کرده‌ن که هرچند اثر انشگت و امضای پدرشون پای برگه‌ای که دست ملیحه‌ست وجود داره، اما این برگه ساختگیه و حتی ممکنه اثر انگشت پای اون هم جعلی باشه، وگرنه چه دلیلی داشته که پدر اون‌ها قبل از مرگ دراین‌باره صحبتی نکنه؟

After the death of her father-in-law, Maleeha Sanai, the wife of the late Ali Panahi, took a handwritten note from Haj Masha'Allah - her father-in-law - in which the old man declared that the house where his late father's wives and children live, belongs to Maleeha completely, so that his daughter-in-law and grandchildren can rest in peace. The other children of Haj, Masha'Allah, have complained to the court that although there is their father's fingerprint and signature on the paper in Maliha's hand, this paper is fake and even her fingerprints may be fake, otherwise why did their father talk about this before his death?
