Abandoned- Heritage Homestead in danger of demolition! Will this 1923 character home be torn down?

Hey house lovers and explorers. This episode we take a look at local heritage homestead that was built in 1923 and is in danger of a demolition application being approved. Yes many of you may be wondering how on earth can local heritage building not be protection from demolition??? Well hopefully this video can shed some light on the reasoning and the reality of that very question regarding this home. This property is now under surveillance and no longer accessible. Julie-Anne Turner has once again helped me with the research and we have dig up some info to explain the history and the possible outcome of this homes fate. Local heritage laws here in South Australia are being weakened and not strengthened which is sad and it would be even more sad to see a beautiful home like this knocked down instead of being restored and cherished for many many more decades to come.
