Set a clear purpose.
Inform others who prepare meals.
Reduce heavy foods and caffeine before starting.
2️⃣ Dedicate Time to God:
Replace meals with prayer, Bible study, and worship.
3️⃣ Overcome Challenges:
Expect physical and emotional discomfort but press on with faith.
4️⃣ Exit Gradually:
Break the fast slowly with light foods to avoid digestive issues.
