This guide shows you how to obtain the Dormant SIVA Cluster called "Dormant SIVA Fallen 3.4" in Destiny DLC Rise of Iron.
There are 30 Dormant SIVA Clusters in the Game. At the moment is unknow for what you need this cluster but maybe like fragments, for a weapon. You can find this Dormant SIVA Cluster in the strike called "The Wretched Eye".You unlock the strike after the Bad Blood quest from the Kovik's Sin questline.

Before you come to the bossroom, there is another circle room with a rocket in the middle and many containers. Jump to the rocket and climb up the container. There are two instable!
platforms on the wall. The Dormant SIVA Fallen 3.4 cluster is inside a small hole in the wall by the second instable platform. If you fail, all fireteam member must kill yourself and you can try again.
