Xcel to shut off power to some customers ahead of high wind danger in Colorado

Xcel Energy will preemptively shut off power to around 55,000 customers in the state from Saturday at 3 p.m. until at least noon on Sunday due to forecasted high winds. Samantha Spitz reports why Xcel chose to shut off power.
