Delayed Delivery in Outlook - Revise your Messages after Pressing Send

A simplified tutorial on configuring delayed delivery in Outlook within one minute or more. Change or update your message after pressing Send. The process works for various versions of Outlook 2021, Outlook 2019, Outlook 2016 etc.
Here is the process to configure the message delay in Outlook: File, Rules and Alerts, New Rule, Apply Rule on Messages I send, Next, Yes, Defer delivery by number of minutes, Set number of minutes: 1, Next, Next, Finish.
