3. Extract CSV Data.

A while ago, LinkedIn removed the email addresses from the export of your connections (Very frustrating for many!), but when using Octopus you can actually extract email addresses, plus a lot of other useful info to add to your Email Campaign.

Just add your 1st level connections to a Octopus campaign, visit their profiles. Then you can export to a CSV file with the following fields:- http://bit.ly/OctoYouTube

• Profile Url Link
• First name
• Last name
• Company
• Position
• Email
• Phone number
• LinkedIn Premium User (True or False)
• Location
• Company website

So you’re now ready to add them to your Email campaign and/or CRM where you can keep much better track of your connections.

2 pieces of software we would highly recommend are Aweber and GetResponse, for which both have free and paid options, plus they do a lot more than just send emails!

Add 1st level connection to a visit campaign to extract CSV data, which can then be added to a CRM for email campaign. Email addresses are only available on 1st level connections.
