The Criminal Investigations Directorate on Wednesday clarified on the arrest of Aruu county member of parliament Odonga Otto.

According to Charles Twine, the C.I.D spokesperson, Odonga Otto has consistently refused to honour police summons from as far back to 2018.

This and his failure to renew his gun license, which expired in 2019 were the some the reasons why the legislator was arrested.
