Meet Nejc Jaka Sekula, our Global Head Talent Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Motivated by his recent physical health challenges and the impact on his mental health and wellbeing, he is now putting into place small practices that help himself and his team prioritize self-care and create a safe space for them to be their authentic selves.
