EP #8 - A How To Guide To Achieve Correct Angle In Net

An instructional guide for ice hockey goalies on how to have correct angle on a shot or in a play.

Start with the shot and the shot line from the puck to the center of the net. Then place your body on the center of this line and be square to the shot and your visual ques of the crease or other landmarks.

Maintain angle over depth to start then depth can be achieved after or during the movements, depending on how much time you have before the shot is released.
