Using URP in Unity to make our Unity 2d Scenes Vibrant

In this Unity Tutorial we are using the Universal Render Pipeline from Unity to add Vibrance and 2d lights to our scene in Unity! The URP has the ability to add 2d lights (and so much more), it is an incredible tool and cannot be overstated how freaking awesome it is!
