NKWOBI BUT WITH GOAT MEAT? YUM

Nkwobi is a spicy Nigerian dish typically made from cow foot. We all know cow foot takes forever to cook so sometimes I swap out cow foot for any other protein! In this case we are using the all dependable goat meat! The flavor level with goat meat is off the charts!

INGREDIENTS
1 kg of goat meat (cut in smaller pieces)
1 large onion
2 Tbs blended pepper
Seasoning cube
Salt
2 tsp of potash
1/2cup of palm oil
Cameroun pepper to taste
Utazi
1/8 cup of crayfish
1 tsp of ehuru powder
