Colorado baker Jack Phillips refused to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple on the grounds that it would violate his religious beliefs, and now his case is before the Supreme Court. Joining Megyn Kelly TODAY along with his attorney, Kristen Waggoner, an emotional Phillips says, “There were days when my wife was afraid to come into the shop.”
