Cherokee was originally written by Ray Noble in 1938. It's since been covered by many artists including Charlie Parker, Count Basie and Clifford Brown. The Clifford Brown version is insanely fast - over 350bpm (look it up on YouTube!). In the interests of safety and sanity, I've made this track a comfortable(ish) 285bpm.
