It is my pleasure to release and share with you for the first time ever, live and acoustic performance of one of my favorite Russian rock songs, Elektrichka! Or in Russian, Электричка originally by Кино. This is a tribute to a great friend and a fallen brother. Celebration Of Lewy's Life was a very special time and place. There were so many thoughts running through my mind on that stage and especially, during this performance. The way I found myself lost in the music, riding the moment, was truly a very magical experience for me. An experience I feel to this day. At some point in that guitar solo, the music takes over. I can't forget the connection with every one and the way you all connected with me. Everything felt so natural. You couldn't have planned or written a better night with the people that were there celebrating Lewy's life. Last time I talked to Lewy was right before he passed. He asked me to play this very song for him. He always told me that my style of performing Russian songs was his favorite and he came out often to see me perform them. There is something very real and very undeniably beautiful about that. This video I'm sharing with you is my interpretation of my favorite Russian rock song, "Elektrichka" by my favorite Russian rock band, KINO. I guess this is the closest that I will ever come to delivering his request. I will never forger sharing this rare moment with his family and friends. And I will never forget meeting his amazing sister Kim Miller. It was impossible not to feel Lewy's presence that night. Tipsy Crow Tavern was rocking and the energy was unmatched.

This took some serious production time on my end so I hope that you will enjoy this video. I hope this will remind you of how much Lewy meant not only to me, but to all of us and to our great music community. And still does to this day. Remember, tomorrow is not promised. Let this be the light that shines love over our world. Let this be an everyday reminder to care for one another. To always show our friends and family how much they mean to us. To be the best that we can be. To celebrate life. And celebrate it everyday. Thank you. Shine the skies forever Lewis Brundige, The King of Cool!
