We decided to spend our Canada day weekend checking off a major BC bucket list item: exploring Vancouver Island! We kicked off our Island trip by looking for Nanaimo bars in Nanaimo, camping in Ucluelet, and surfing in Tofino! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, adventurous weekend.

Other stops on the trip: Goats on Roof Market, Port Alberni, Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park, Wally Creek, Wild Pacific Trail.
