Alana Podreciks is an artist, entrepreneur and expert in corporate innovation. She was a founding member and leader of McKinsey's New Ventures Accelerator and a co-founder of one of the portfolio companies, OMNI, which is a geospatial machine learning solution for retailers.

She is also a long-time abstract artist and runs an event series called Artist After Hours that encourages corporate leaders to use large-scale abstract expressionist painting to tap into their creative flow. As an active investor and mentor for young entrepreneurs, she brings a unique view into disruptive start-up innovation and the needs of the Fortune 500.

In 2018, she launched the 20/20 Summit, an un-conference that gathers leaders from the worlds most respected corporations and groundbreaking entrepreneurs to re-imagine the collaboration model in the corporate-venture ecosystem.
