Hello Everyone, Today we are making Cauliflower Fry recipe.

Ingredients - Cauliflower 500g(මල් ගෝවා 500g)
Curry Leaves (කරපිංචා)
2-3 Chili Pepper (අමු මිරිස් කරල් 2-3)
2 Onions (ළුණු ගෙඩි 2 පමණ)
Ginger (ඉඟුරු කැබැල්ලක්)
5 Garlic (සුදුළුණු බික් 5 )
2 Tomato ( තක්කාලි ගෙඩි 2ක් )
Flour 4tbs (පාන් පිටි මේස හැඳි 4ක්)
Corn Flour 2tbs (ඉරිඟු පිටි මේස හැඳි 2ක්)
Chili Powder 2tsp (මිරිස් කුඩු තේ හැන්දි 2ක්)
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp (කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි භාගයක්)
Roasted Curry Powder 1tsp ( කළු පහේ තේ හැන්දක්)
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp (ගම්මිරිස් තේ හැන්දක්)
Sugar 1tsp (සීනි තේ හැන්දක්)
Salt (ලුණු රස අනුව)
Coconut Oil (පොල්තෙල්)
