Previous outdated description: At this moment, there is not a consensus as to when the timer should start and stop, as far as I know. I decided to start it when I get control of the character (at around 0:03) and end it when I hit the trampoline after the birds and lose control of the character (at around 1:18), giving me a time of around 1:15. But I left the final section in case it ends up counting. Anyway, there's a few time loses in this run. At the start, it's possible to get to the trampoline spawned by the bird before the bell shock-waves reach you, but I was too slow so I needed to jump over the shock-waves losing a small amount of time. Most obviously, there's a bigger time loss in the cubes section since I couldn't get to the first trampoline and I missed a cycle. When that happens, it's important to keep running in a circle to maintain the running speed.
