LC70 beach rock crawl and steep trail grades

A beautiful warm still day in May, one of the last warm days of the season as we descend into winter here in Australia. Note the dusty trail, signs of coming to an end of a long dry period. This highlights video represents my entire outing, while longer than most, it is essentially raw and unfiltered*. It's appeal is intended more for the RC scale 4wd enthusiast. I have left in the video those moments in trepidation where the truck is on the brink of rolling or the best line to take has to be considered. The steep grades in part 3 are difficult to navigate on foot let alone driving a truck. The 3d printed trailer is a 1/10 scale replica of my own full size trailer and is the first outing with this setup.

* No wind on this fine day so the Audio track is "as recorded" with only a filter applied to minimise the high frequency whine that is typical from a crawler motor that is both braked and driven.
