Ingredients

Courgette - 1 medium
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves(optional)
Garlic - 1
Tamarind - 2
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Green Chilies - 2 or as required
Salt - as required

Method
---------------
Take a pan add oil, heat then add chopped Courgette/Zucchini/Baby Marrow, and chilies with salt cook until soft and brown. Take a mixer jar add cumin seeds, garlic, tamarind, and cooked vegetables, and make the paste.
Finally, garnish with coriander before serving.
