How to connect TOR at Tails 5.4 OS, when TOR is blocked, using VPN and OpenVPN package

How to connect Level_2 (DedicatedVPN) in Tails 5 OS without TOR

Steps:
1. Install Persistent Tails
2. Launch Unsafe Browser
3. Select the anonymous Level_2 (Standard, Double, Triple, Quadro, Penta or Hexa VPN)
4. Download VPN keys.
5. Download scripts ( tails.sh and tor.sh )
6. Download openvpn, liblzo2-2 and libpkcs11-helper1 packages
7. Open Terminal and type commands
sudo su
cd /var/lib/unsafe-browser/chroot/home/clearnet/*
chmod +x tor.sh
./tor.sh
8. Wait installation and type email + password from vpn.sn Account
9. Wait VPN message and check TOR
10. Open new Terminal Window and type commands
sudo su
apt update
11. Reboot Tails
12. Start Tails with Persistent volume, Administrator password and Unsafe Browser
13. Open Terminal and launch VPN, using commands
sudo su
cd Persistent
./tails.sh
14. Connect TOR

If you need to get access to VPN without TOR network - use Unsafe Browser, you can add this option when downloading Tails

1. Open a New Terminal Window and enter the commands
sudo su
echo nameserver 10.8.0.1 /etc/resolv-over-clearnet.conf
2. Launch Unsafe Browser and check connections
