Q1: How can I do if the speaker is not loud enough?

A1: Turn up the volume on your soundbar, TV/Smartphone, and Fire/Roku Stick to increase the volume.

Q2: Why there is no sound from the 1702C soundbar after plugging into the HDMI port?

A2: You can check the following aspects:

1. Please make sure it is an HDMI (ARC) port. Make sure the port you plug into your TV is HDMI (ARC) and not HDMI. Because HDMI (ARC) only transmits audio. However, if this is a normal HDMI port that transmits both audio and video, there will be no sound from the soundbar.

2. Please make sure it is Output Ports. Make sure the TV port is HDMI(ARC) Output Port/Optical Output Port. If you plug in the input port from the TV, there will be no sound from the soundbar.

3. Dolby sound is not supported. Due to copyright issues with HD-CP, we cannot support Dolby Audio.
