Kitchen Slam Down Party // Cooking in a Tiny House // Fish Tacos

Well all that was delish. Hope you were inspired to get weird in the kitchen and try new things. This one will be going in the cook book with some alterations of course, but we are excited to include a little somethin’ somethin’ for all those meat eaters out there :)

FIsh Taco Recipe - Follow the video for the instructions!
For the Slaw:
½ Head cabbage
2 Lime Juice
1 Bushel Cilantro
¼ tsp Salt
1 ½ cups Mayo

For the Batter:
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Old Bay Spice
1 tsp Cajun Spice
1 cup Beer
White fish of choice
Tortillas - Corn or Flour
Jalepeno Radish

For the Sauce:
Mayo
Siracha (add to taste)
