Hello! In this video, I test how well a 0.5 millimeter-sized needle dermaroller will perform on my deep acne scars. I use specific lighting to get the best view on the indentations so you can get the best before and after shots.
I understand this size isn't meant to erase scars but I really wanted to see for myself if it makes any change at all. And now that I'm done testing it, I plan on moving up to the 0.75mm next.

For anyone concerned about the application of alcohol to the face:
I have looked into the possibly of over-drying your skin with alcohol but have found nothing relating to it.
I'm only wiping my skin with alcohol whenever I do microneedling treatments which isn't everyday, plus I use a super hydrating sheet mask afterwards so I personally have yet to experience any particular excess drying of my skin caused to my (infrequent) use of alcohol on my face.
