Equipped with a flexible voice, naturally lyrical and with a dramatic vocation combined with a seductive stage presence, Muzio has always been considered one of the greatest sopranos of his time. Rodolfo Celletti considered her one of the best singer-actresses of the twentieth century together with Magda Olivero and Maria Callas.
Muzio was known as the " Divina " for her great capacity for identification, which was compared to that of Eleonora Duse .
She inspired the future Divine par excellence, Maria Callas , in her approach to the character of Violetta Valery in La Traviata , albeit with a softer and less aggressive voice; he was also a remarkable interpreter of Turandot in the main role and of La sonnambula .
