How to book Canada Visa Biometric Appointment in VFS from UAE- Canada Visa

Submit Application on the IRCC Website
Complete your visa application online via the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) portal.

Pay the visa application fee (e.g. CAD 100) and the biometrics fee (CAD 85 per person)


After payment, you’ll receive a Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) within your IRCC account, typically within 24 hours

Log in to VFS Global
Visit VFS Global Canada page and use their “Book an Appointment”
Choose Dubai (or if slots are full, Abu Dhabi) as your VAC location
Provide your personal details, passport info, and application number.

Select Appointment Slot & Pay
Choose a convenient date and time for biometrics collection. Slots fill quickly—check often for cancellations

Pay the VFS service fee (if applicable) during booking; biometric fee is already paid via IRCC submission.

Attend the Biometrics Appointment
Arrive on time at the VAC (e.g. Wafi Mall, Dubai; open Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM)

Bring: Printed BIL, original passport, and signed VFS consent form

Your fingerprints and photo will be collected.

VFS staff can assist you with document scanning/upload—useful if online upload has issues
