In this video, Steve Shewmaker interviews contract attorney Caroline Grant regarding the type of work performed at Grant Buckley Law. Caroline has extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and handling associated legal matters for clients in diverse business sectors and industries including e-commerce, technology, marketing, retail, food services, transportation, logistics, telecom/wireless, utilities, and financial services. She represents businesses of all sizes, from small ventures to large established companies. Most often she works directly with a business’ principals or a company’s business leaders to assist her client with its contracts and other legal matters. She has aided her clients in negotiating hundreds of contracts whether they are selling their own IT solutions, services, or products, procuring IT solutions, professional services, or commodities for use in their businesses, or entering into strategic arrangements with others. She has also advised her clients on how o refine their standard contract forms, contracting best practices and setting up an internal contracting process. For small ventures, she is also able to provide legal assistance with general transactional matters, real estate, employment and data privacy & security.
