Dr. Yudok Bhutia, the Director of the FDA in the Health & Family Welfare Department of Sikkim, received this prestigious accolade from Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, the Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare, at the esteemed Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.
