There are variables available in SamLogic CD-Menu Creator that can be used to automatically insert text and data in different parts of the program. In this video we will show how to use a variable that has the name %DATECREATED to display the creation date of the menu when the menu is shown on the screen.

Other useful variables that can be used with the title are %VERSION, a variable that displays the prodcuts version number, and %PRODUCTNAME, a variable that displays the name of the product. These two variables can be specified in the editor.
