Carpathian Mountain Cream Cake

The Carpathian Mountain Cream Cake originated in the European countries.  It is named after the Carpathian Mountains.  Try making one for yourself.  You'll be glad you did!

Ingredients

For the dough

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
6 Tblsp butter  (softened)
4 eggs

For the cream

2 1/4 cups milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn starch
12 tblsp butter  (softened)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
Powdered sugar  (for dusting the top)
