Catherine Mooney has been visiting sites of the early Celtic saints (up to 750AD) for the last seven years. She has been accompanied by her husband, Thomas Joshua Cooper. They research a location associated with a person like St Kessog or St Mungo. They visit the site, take notes and often take a photographic record. The end result of this project will be a book for the National Galleries of Scotland. Despite the present restrictions they are almost finished visiting the relevant sites in Scotland sites and the North of England. More than a thousand locations have been visited and around two-hundred and fifty pictures taken.
Catherine will present some of her research and a selection of Thomas Joshua Cooper's photography. 

Catherine Mooney: since graduating from Glasgow School of Art she has worked in art galleries, publishing, at the University of Glasgow, and Glasgow School of Art in Historical and Critical Studies. This is the first collaboration between Thomas and Catherine.
