4 spoon sugar
1.5 spoon citric acid
1 pinch asafoetida
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 spoon chop ginger
1/2 spoon chop green chilli
1/2 tsp baking soda
oil 1 tsp

for tadka ingredients:-
1 spoon oil
1.5 spoon mustard seeds
4-5 green chilli
curry leaves
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 spoon sugar
