SaGa Emerald Beyond Will Be the Series’ First Worldwide Release

SaGa Emerald Beyond might have one of the best turn based combat systems in an RPG. Loads of different weapons spread among skill types with their own tech tables. Several different races of characters with their own quirks in combat. Active defense bonuses, conditional techs, custom techs, blood techs, inherited techs, united attacks, showstoppers, overdrives, and more! Unlike many turn based RPGs that give a lot of options there are meaningful tactical reasons to use all these different techs and battle mechanics. In this video I attempt to unpack all of this and give my initial impressions of SaGa Emerald Beyond.
