G10, also known as FR4 or Garolite, is commonly used for circuit boards or other applications that need the specific characteristics it has. Luckly that means it is very cheap and very good for use as a 3d printing build surface. I had been wondering if it would still be able to heat properly with an extra magnetic sheet between the bed and the heater, and luckly it is still possible. It does need a little bit of time to get to the proper temperature, but that is a best practice anyways with ABS or ASA printing. PLA still worked great without the initial heat up time.
