The Pure Oil Company was a regional gasoline refiner and retailer in the South East part of the USA. It was acquired by Sunoco. Not sure where this is filmed, but you can see the "Diplomat Motel" in the back ground, also some very neat vehicles, check out the Hostess Bakery Truck (must be delivering Cup Cakes and Wonder Bread) as well as the 56 DeSoto, 57 and 58 Chevy cars, the 60 Tbird and 1960 Fords.
