Why OpenFloor?

Open Floor International is a not-for-profit organization focused on teaching embodied movement practice for personal healing, professional growth and community building.

Our world is in a state of disconnect. Privilege, inequality and growing polarization around fundamental values are splitting our societies and favoring division over inclusion. Our mission is to initiate a global conversation on the importance of mindful movement and dance for social, emotional, physical, and planetary health.

Filmed in Ireland at an Open Floor Training event, this film was a collaborative effort between filmmaker Will Harris, Open Floor founder Vic Cooper, filmmaker Shelley Hermon, Cartel post production house and editor, Tara Wall, with massive amounts of help and support from Kathy Altman and Margaret Wagner.
