Maximizing Telescope Resolution - Dawes vs Nyquist Limits and the Effect of Seeing

Описание к видео Maximizing Telescope Resolution - Dawes vs Nyquist Limits and the Effect of Seeing

I'm taking another shot at this topic thanks to a lot of good questions and comments I got on the "beta" version of the video. We take a look at Dawes Limit and the Nyquist Limit that dictate telescope resolution in astrophotography. I review my actual imaging performance with the William Optics Redcat 51 and GT 81, the Explore Scientific ED 102, and the Celestron C 9.25 SCT relative to the theoretical diffraction-limited resolution based on aperture. I also take a serious look at how a ZWO ASI 294MM would work with my scopes instead of the ASI 1600MM.
