Yahweh vs. Yahuah, Yahshua vs. Yahusha

After realizing the Father has a Name, over 20 years ago, I have witnessed the rise of some odd pronunciations of the Names of both the Father and the Son. How historically accurate is the recent Yahuah pronunciation or the new version of the Messiah's Name, Yahusha?
