We are back to check out the latest phase of Quartz, which is a masterplan located in Wangsa Maju. This location has truly evolved across time. From an infrastructure perspective, the brand new SPE highway has been completed and that further enhances the connectivity aspect leading to this crazy demand of space, also results in a lot of players entering into the development market.

From the entrance of the project, I was surprised with the level of landscape. The lobby feels refreshing around the central garden, and it continues all the way within the facilities deck. Personally I am very excited about the garden villas, also the garden units around the deck because those were amazingly design. However, the brand new format of corridor without voids seems eerie. Although it gives a better experience within the unit, but the pathway to the unit is not as great especially after coming up from the facilities.

In comparison to the surrounding projects, Henna is considered rather low in density. Therefore the scale of facilities are not as impressive, but it's always good to balance that between maintenance fees.
