Sulay Basya is a festival in the municipality of Sara, province of Iloilo in honor of Saint John the Baptist. The festival is celebrated every June 24.

In hiligaynon,
SULAY means getting wet under the rain or any pour of flowing water.
BASYA means to intensionally throw water to someone or group of people.
