MEA Recipe (makes 25 100mm plates):
15g organic raw honey
10g agar powder
10g dried malt extract
500ml hot water

Supplies:
1000ml Erlenmeyer flask (or other autoclavable vessel with lid)
25 sterile petri dishes
parafilm
scale
still air box or sterile space
