Missed the gear swap back to Velothi after Vrol and it wasn't our quickest run, but not bad for three nights of attempts. My uptimes on Alkosh could definitely be a bit better. I was using split daggers with Zen inferno back bar to allow for running Encratis and a mythic.

Alkosh Uptimes (these are very approximate because...console):
Yandir - ~84%
Vrol - ~85%
Njordal - ~90%
Falgraven - ~84% (includes lightning phases)
