Worst Frame Rate in Sim Racing with Lossless Scaling

IndyCar Racing 1 had a frame rate of 15 frames per second. Even for it's time it was bad. For instance, Formula One Grand Prix from 1991 had a frame rate up to 25 FPS. So basically playing this game hurts your eyes and brain. A lot.
After watching a video on the app Lossless Scaling by GPLaps:    • Double the FPS in Old Sims with a Sim...  
I immediately thought of ICR. Surely turing a 15 FPS slideshow into a smooth experience is the ultimate test for the app. Will this really make a difference? Let's try it out!
