The creases as you printed paper. Ink lines, using magnifying glasses to see the print (said one patient), and jamming our print outs. Also, your invisible “pretend” printing.

We knew it was time to put you to rest when the wrinkles and blotches showed up on your paper. The age spots, creases, and refusal to participate in our daily activities were also signs.

You shamed us when we tried to print out mailings, your lines and ink stains indicating you were tired and had enough of our shenanigans. Patients complained they had “no clue” what they were signing because some days, you decided words weren’t worth printing.

Your refusal to provide copies when we asked you nicely, when we said please, and when we begged led us to this day. Even with Brandi’s positive words of affirmation, you still denied us. “You let down the family.” Rest In Peace Brother Printer.
