कांग्रेस नेता सचिन पायलट ने रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव को पत्र लिखा है। पत्र में पायलट ने कहा कि रेलवे को अपनी ग़लती सुधारनी चाहिए और नाम को सही लिखना चाहिए। उन्होंने सरकार के राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में इस क्षेत्र का नाम राईका बाग है क्योंकि यह जमीन राईका समाज की ओर से दी गई थी। इसमें समाज के लाखों लोगों का भावात्मक जुड़ाव भी है। पायलट ने सरकारी राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज तथ्यों के आधार पर रेलवे स्टेशन का नाम 'राई का बाग' के स्थान पर 'राईका बाग पैलेस जंक्शन' रखने की मांग की है।

सचिन पायलट के रेल मंत्री को पत्र लिखे जाने के बाद नागौर सांसद हनुमान बेनीवाल ने भी ट्वीट किया। उन्होंने अपने ट्वीट के जरिए भारत सरकार और रेल मंत्रालय से राई का बाग के स्थान पर 'राईका बाग पैलेस जंक्शन' करने की मांग की है। बेनीवाल ने कहा कि प्रदेश के राईका/देवासी/रेबारी समाज लंबे समय से इस मांग को उठा रहे हैं क्योंकि उनकी मांग जायज होने के साथ जनभावनाओं से भी जुड़ी हुई है। उन्होंने इस मामले को लेकर रेल मंत्रालय के अधिकारियों से भी दूरभाष पर वार्ता की है। राष्ट्रीय लोकतांत्रिक पार्टी पूरी तरह से देवासी समाज की इस मांग के साथ है।

After Sachin Pilot wrote a letter to the Railway Minister, MP from Nagaur Hanuman Beniwal also tweeted. Through his tweet, he demanded from the Indian government and the Ministry of Railways to change the name of Raika Bag to Raika Bag Palace Junction. Beniwal said that people of the Raika/Devasi/Rebari community in the state have been demanding this for a long time because their demand is legitimate and is connected with public sentiments. In this regard, Beniwal also talked to officials of the Railway Ministry on the phone in the past days and today. The National Democratic Party fully supports the demand of the Devasi community.:
