Ultimately the DMT 100 by Donner is not a bad budget guitar for a beginner, or your modding enthusiast, and while I was impressed with the overall value and quality of the guitar, it definitely is a lower end budget guitar. Whether or not it's worth the money is totally up to you and your budget. For $199 you could do a LOT worse!
