I’m so excited to share with you my very first gong meditation! ☺️. This lovely 34” gong is from @grotta_sonora. They have them in so many amazing colours and designs! Isn’t it so pretty?! 😍🥰

This one pairs so beautifully with my @ollihess mallets. To be honest, I never knew that mallets had such a BIG impact on the sound. You really need a great variety of Mallets and Flumies to make the gong sing all of its beautiful overtones and frequencies. It is so powerful!
