Normal sudoku rules apply. On a black dot, one digit is double the other. Adjacent cells along a brown line must differ in value by at least four. The Inequality sign ‘points’ towards the smaller digit. Each letter in the puzzle corresponds to a different digit. Multiple occurrences of the same letter correspond to the same digit.
