This in one of the most annoying optional tasks of the game:
In Yakuza 5 each character has 3 secret Revelations that will only be revealed when they use the right weapon/object for them a few number of times; when the Revelation happens the character's eyes with show in the screen pointing that they had a Revelation - once that happens the character can use the weapon/object to perform a Special attack

Shanada's Dolly / Cart:
Oh boy here comes the real challenge - and the animation isn't really that good...
Ok so you can Only find a dolly in four specific places in Kamurocho (two of them being the corner close to the left Matsuya and close to theater square alley as shown in this video - other locations include one more or less in front of MEB and another close by to Pronto cafe in Nakamichi Street) and there is none in the Coliseum; to make things worse it's a weapon that you can only use two times, and if it breaks by accident or you let it go, you can't use it anymore...also using it to defend against an armed enemy is a terrible idea
To get the revelation you need to successfully use the dolly at least 20 times; my advice is go to the places I mentioned and when you see one try to attract the enemies to that spot - of course it's easier said than done since enemies will only follow you to a certain limit...
After you finally get it you will get to see Shinada kick it to make the enemies trip - funny but still there are better
